Double-axle trailers are normally only used with bicycles in special applications, as the double axle has a few disadvantages in terms of ride comfort and maneuverability compared to a single-axle trailer. However, if you want to move significantly more than 100 kg, you can hardly avoid it. With the movable double axle trailer drawbar, all 4 wheels always stay on the ground and there is no supporting load on the hitch. Therefore this version is approved for a trailer load of 150 kg in conjunction with the ES hitch from Weber.  A nice advantage: you can simply fold the drawbar away upwards.Attention: This drawbar works ONLY with double-axle trailers. A single axle trailer can NOT be driven with it!  A sufficiently stable front plate on the trailer is required for mounting. The drawbar for professional requirements. Robust stainless steel tube with coupling head 360° rotatable. In professional use, the previous, commercially available components of bicycle trailers reach their limits and are often loaded far beyond the approved specifications. A reasonable limit of transporting goods on a bicycle trailer with a normal, well-equipped bicycle is about 100 kg trailer weight. But since much higher continuous loads have to be considered in professional use, we have redesigned both the drawbar and all related components. Our new stainless steel heavy drawbar system has been tested with towing weights of 500 kg. However, under no circumstances should more than 100 kg be attached to normal bicycles, as neither the bicycle frames nor the brake system are designed for these weights. Please note that we cannot give a general approval for higher weights. Our release of 100 kg refers to the complete system of SL-drawbar mount, SL-stainless-steel-drawbar and our Hinterher hitch system. As a general rule, however, you must base your planned trailer weight on the weakest component. This should then be the bicycle frame, the dropout or (when using the Hinterher stainless steel adapter with a Weber coupling plate) the load capacity of the Weber coupling plate. If you configure your trailer with our heavy-duty hitch arm system this part enables you to use it as a handcard too. Without any tools you can quickly change the position of the heavy-duty hitch arm and click it into this hitch arm mount.Can be used with any of our Alu Chassis trailers as well as our boxing trailers when configured with the heavy-duty hitch arm system. Works with the Ursus kickstand too. When ordered together with one of our trailers with heavy-duty equipment, the 8 most important screw connections (4x SL drawbar bracket, 2x axle clamping blocks each) are additionally equipped with original Nordlock washers. The original Nordlock washers ensure guaranteed long-term strength of the screw connections and reduce the service and maintenance intervals in the long term. All bolted connections on our trailers are either fitted with A2 lock nuts as standard or secured with threadlocking adhesive. Nevertheless, all screw connections on bicycles and trailers can loosen over time due to vibration. It is therefore necessary to check all screw connections regularly and retighten them if necessary. With the built-in Nordlock washers, these maintenance intervals are significantly reduced. If ordered individually (without trailer), the washers are supplied in a small bag.  Scope of delivery:  8 pcs. original Nordlock lock washers stainless steel NL6 ss (glued in pairs - installation only in pairs!)

This short drawbar piece is screwed directly to the H2O as a drawbar connection. This means that the rest of the SL-drawbar system can be connected immediately and in just a few steps. The SL-drawbar tube has an effective drawbar length of approx. 20 cm to the centre of the H2O when mounted on the H2O. The Quick-Clamp connection is largely hand-made from high-quality materials in small quantities. The aluminium connecting sleeve is a turn-mill part that is riveted into the drawbar. A solid stainless steel spring pin designed by us is used to snap it into the counterpart. The counterpart in the aluminium tube is machined in such a way that an eccentric clamping lever is used to create a clamping connection that can be adjusted without play and is secured against slipping out by the spring pin. This two-piece set is bent in an S-shape. This allows the H2O to be coupled to the seat post hitch on bicycles. The newly developed Quick-Clamp fastener allows the drawbar parts to be connected quickly, without tools and without play.
