Basically, we try to make our packaging and shipping costs as transparent as possible and to deal with them fairly. We do not differentiate between orders from retailers and private customers, all receive the same conditions. The shipping costs are always dependent on three factors: 1. Package size / volume = strap size 2. Package weight 3. Country of destination This often results in large price jumps that are sometimes difficult to understand. Currently (as of May 2019) the following shipping costs (net) apply due to the enormous price increases for bulky goods:

Another note: the shipping cost calculator on our website is correct in most cases. In individual cases, information may need to be corrected upwards or downwards. If you want to be on the safe side, either ask for the actual shipping costs before placing your order, or write it in the message field, or simply wait for our corrected invoice (not the automatic order confirmation).
