We developed this injection-moulded part ourselves for our Multi-Frame system. It is inserted into each end of a longitudinal tube. This allows the longitudinal tubes to be inserted into the holes of the U-brackets. A tension cable can be passed through the hole inside the linkage, which tightens and stiffens the whole multi-frame system.

This high-quality lashing-straps makes securing the load extremely easy. The hooks of the strap can be cliped into the cut outs of our alu chassis models. They are self-aligning and self-securing.We have developed the hooks in colloberation with industrial designer Maruan Attia. They are made in Germany to our specifications. The clamp lock and the webbing are made by a renowned company in Sweden with over 70 years of history. It is there where all the different pieces of our lashing-strap come finally together.
This high-quality webbing eyelet is forged from stainless steel by Wichard for yachting. It doesn't get any better than this. We recommend equipping our aluminium boxes with four or six such lashing points. This turns the box lid into an additional loading area for extra-long or voluminous and light things. The webbing eyelets take up very little space, are virtually indestructible and work excellently with our special tensioning strap and its plastic clip hooks. They also offer a firmly defined tensioning point where the tensioning strap cannot slip (as with the lid railing).
We cut an additional internal thread (M6) at each end of the webbing eyelet and supply a counter plate with matching holes made of aluminium as well as stainless steel screws and sealing washers. For complete orders with assembly, we also supply the rubber cord, which can be pulled crosswise through four webbing eyelets (or six for the large boxes) and knotted. In this way, light things can be stowed on the aluminium crates particularly quickly.

Powerful LED tail light that slips over the tub edge of our Alu Chassis models and snaps into a milled recess on the inside of the chassis. The tail light has an extremely bright high-power LED (0.5 W) and 2 additional LEDs. Due to the large beam angle (220 °) it is also visible from the side. This tail light complies with the German StVO law and comes with a removable clip for seat post mounting.
We recommend two clip-on tail lights to increase the visibility of the trailer for following vehicles. These lights are a simple, inexpensive and a totally practical method of trailer lighting.

The wall mount makes it very easy to hang the trailer on the wall. A specially turned plastic part fits perfectly through the triangular cut-out in the base of the alu chassis and protects it from damage to the paintwork.
In principle, it fits all models with openings in the chassis floor. Two holders are recommended for the large Transporter models.
The wall mount with hanger bolt can be screwed directly into wooden beams. For concrete walls and masonry, the wall plug 14mm must be used.
Attention: The turned plastic part is either inserted through the triangular cut-out or, in the case of the Light models, through any other cut-out in the base of the chassis. When ordering, please note that one of the cut-outs on your trailer must be open. This means, for example, that this opening is covered when the central SL hand drawbar mount is fitted. It is therefore possible that the wall mount is not compatible with your model. You are welcome to ask us about this in advance.
For some attachments, it may also be necessary to replace the hanger bolt supplied with the hanger with a longer bolt (DIY store). In principle, however, the hanger can be suspended from the front or the rear.
Caution: Depending on the wall situation, different fastening options can and must be considered.

In case there is too little space for mounting the Weber EP hitch in the original way the EP Adapter should be used. With the EP Adapter the EP hitch can be mounted directly underneath the kickstand on the frontside of the bike.
In case the quick release skewer on the rear wheel of your bike has not enough threads left to accomodate the Weber EL, E or ES hitch you can replace it with this extra long quick release skewer.
If your bike has hub gears like Shimano Nexus, Alfine or Enviolo, you need this special "Polygon" from Weber in order to install the Weber EL, E or ES hitch on the rear wheel axle. The Weber hitch needs a special Polygon to ensure that the hitch itself can not rotate around its own axis. But because the hub gear systems need exactly the same part for themself you have to replace this existing part that works for the hub system as well as the Weber hitch.Here is how to find the right "Polygon" for your bike:1. What is the manufacturer of your gear hub (e.g. Shimano)?2. What color has the existing washer underneath the big bolt on your rear-wheel axle (on the left side in driving direction)? With these two pieces of information you are able to find the matching Weber Polygon for you.
For mounting the Weber EL, E or ES hitch on frames, where the rear wheel axle is set back within the frame. Because the Weber hitch needs a certain amount of space this special polygon acts as a reducer to bridge the distance to the outer boundaries of your frame.Please measure the distance from the rear axle to the outside of the frame tubes sourrounding the rear wheel axle.

When transporting with aluminium boxes, we always recommend inserting a floor mat to reduce annoying rattling during the journey. For several reasons, we have decided to use high-quality needle felt, which is inserted into the aluminium box and can be removed by means of a handle loop.
Removability
Removal is necessary in order to be able to clean both the mat and the box from time to time and to ensure access to the screw connections of the chassis components, if necessary. We have had an extra handle loop made for this purpose, which is attached to a corner of the shelf and ensures easy removal.
Material properties
We use German top quality: Our synthetic, grey mottled needle felt mat (PES) with a thickness of 3.5 mm from a renowned German felt manufacturer is almost indestructible. The grammage of 450 gr/m2 ensures high stability and good cushioning properties. The needle felt can be cleaned easily and should be removed for drying if it becomes damp.

Wir empfehlen beim Transport von Kisten, Aluboxen und Gegenständen aller Art, eine Gummimatte in das Chassis des Fahrradanhängers zu legen.
