One model for almost all boats/boards.
The H2O is an extremely powerful and heavy-duty transport trailer for canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, surfboards or inflatable boats. It is the result of several years of development and countless prototypes and experiences with the most diverse models and applications. The H2O can be completely disassembled in seconds without tools. So it fits into every boot and every boat and yet is ready for immediate use when needed.
The basis of the H2O is its heavy-duty aluminium chassis, which is cnc-milled, bent and powder-coated black. Its various milled out sections serve to reduce weight on the one hand and integrate various functions such as tiller connection, bracing and bolting points on the other. Depending on the type of boat, our tubes or wings provide an ideal support surface for safe transport.
For cycling, even on bad roads, it is indispensable that the boat or board cannot move on the trailer with every jolt. It must also be possible to safely transfer the considerable forces from the trailer to the bicycle when braking, going downhill or in curves. This can only be guaranteed if the boat or board can be firmly lashed to the trailer and the drawbar to form a single unit and if the coupling system is attached to the bicycle in a solid manner. This is precisely the very elaborate path we take with the H2O. Because anything else is a half-baked solution and only serves to save costs. As always, this also applies to the materials used: only the panniers are made of textiles. Those who shy away from the generous use of aluminium and stainless steel save money at the expense of durability.
The H2O Universal
One for all! In the Universal configuration, the H2O is extremely variable and can be used for all boats, boards and SUPs up to a length of 420 cm and a width of 96 cm. Thanks to its extendable stainless steel axles, the track width can be adjusted without tools for different transport widths or the tipping behaviour can be improved in challenging passages. We have arranged the lengths of the tiller segments in such a way that you can realise as many different tiller lengths as possible. Because with boats it is like with bicycles: The ideal number is n+1.

Wheels
Mandatory
The H2O comes standard with 16 inch wheels and the great Big Apple tyres from Schwalbe. These wheels are very compact and take up little space if the H2O is to be transported in the boat. Our 20 inch wheels, which we recommend for longer tours, have even better rolling characteristics on bad tracks and obstacles. In particular, the Smart Sam tyre from Schwalbe is ideal for combined trips on asphalt and gravel. The larger wheel diameter gives the H2O more ground clearance.
